About Me.

My name is Kathy Lloyd. I am the owner of LRA Consulting, LLC. LRA Consulting, LLC offers land, regulatory and accounting services to companies within the Illinois Basin.  I have 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. I started in the industry as a contract landman. After a short time began working as an in-house landman. Prior to forming LRA Consulting, LLC my last position was the Director of Land and Regulatory for an Illinois Basin Operator.
 
I am a Registered Professional Landman. I am an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Tri-State Association of Professional Landmen. In addition, I am a member of INOGA, IOGA, KOGA and Tri-State Desk and Derrick.  I am especially proud of the Petroleum Professional Woman of the Year Award which I received from the Illinois Oil and Gas Association in 2018.

My husband and I have three children and 7 grandchildren. We are very proud of all of them. When we are not working, we love spending time with our family and especially spoiling our grandkids.

​During my time in the oil and gas industry, I have had the opportunity to work with and meet a lot of good people. Working in this industry is something I truly enjoy. I am confident my company can complete any project in a timely and accurate manner. We are honest, trustworthy and will keep all information confidential.
